Fill this form and return to CVI office.
On acceptance of your application, CVI shall send you a competitive quote towards certification charges and other terms along with agreement form.
You are required to accept the terms and conditions and return offer letter along with agreement form duly signed to CVI for initiating the certification process.
Remit application payment to CVI Certification, as indicated in the quote. We will get in touch with you for finalising audit dates and you shall be sent an audit plan, indicating details of CVI Auditors & audit Date & on successful certification, you are provided with CVI certificate.
